All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your SMS opt-in data or consent information to any third party under any circumstances.

We may share your general loan inquiry information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Licensed mortgage professionals and lending partners: We may share your loan inquiry with licensed loan officers, mortgage brokers, or affiliated lending partners for the purpose of processing or fulfilling your financing request. This is done to serve your needs, not for independent third-party marketing.
  • Service providers: GoHighLevel acts as our CRM and communications platform and processes data on our behalf. They are subject to confidentiality obligations and do not use your data for their own marketing.

Your SMS opt-in data and text messaging consent are never included in any data sharing arrangement, regardless of the nature of the sharing described above.

  • Zapier: Workflow automation tool used to transfer lead data between systems.
